Curt is veteran of over 13+ years in the real estate business in the Rehoboth Beach area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered on school, church and athletics. I graduated from college in 1973 with a degree in Sociology and Business. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, President of the Greater Millsboro Kiwanis for 2004 to 2005, volunteer with Sussex County Habitat for Humanity and volunteer with our local board of REALTORS. I play golf and go to the beach whenever possible.

Curt specializes in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family, condo, townhouses residences and income property within the cities of Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Georgetown, Milton, Millsboro, Milford, and Seaford. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

When they are a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, The Voice for Real Estate® -- the world's largest professional association. The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Founded in 1908, NAR has grown from its original nucleus of 120 to today's 720,000 members. NAR is composed REALTORS® who are involved in residential and commercial real estate as brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Members belong to one or more of some 1,700 local associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS®. They can join one of our many institutes, societies and councils. ABR® The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
